Really nice reception and good rooms with very little problems

Clean, close, convenient. Only complaint about the the room was the bed, not the most comfortable.

Overall: the service was great. Staff are very nice and helpful. Room was very clean. I put 4 stars because the carpet needs to be deep claned and AC filter has to be changed ( one put on heat, the AC started to smell disgusting, so we kept it on Cool). Also we booked a room for two people, but got only 1 towel in the room.

The room was fresh and very clean! Loved the scent of our room!! No complaints whatsoever, staff was friendly, hot breakfast, comfy and super clean beds, updated decor, clean pool, quiet, cold AC, nearby restaurants within walking distance, great ambiance in the hotel lobby, overall just a wonderful place.. This is the second time we stayed and we plan to come back always. Would love to see pool chairs and if possible butter on the bfast bar. Other than that, it's fantastic.

I live in Brunswick, in fact back 3 yrs ago my ex husband helped build this hotel. Over the last 5 yrs my bf and I would come stay sometimes 2-3 times a week. I added it up. I’ve probably spent close to $20000 at this hotel. I love everyone there except the new owner. She had it out for me. yes I was homeless and yes I slept in the laundry room a couple times but I never hurt anything. Before that one of the front desk people asked her if she cared if I sat by the pool. She said that would be fine. Today she came in my room. It was about 1115 saying that I needed to be out by 12 o’clock or pay for the room. I was waiting on somebody to come give me money. She said we’ll be out by 12. I said OK I went ahead and packed my clothes on the left. I was gonna go sit by the pool while I was waiting for him and then she came into the pool area and told me that she needed me to go ahead and leave the area so I thought you said I could lay by the pool no since I found out you were homeless you can’t be on the property and if you don’t leave the pool area, I will call the police I said OK whatever I left went in the median between the hotel and another building. She called the police because I was sitting standing on the median. It was still her property anyway she’s extremely rude. I’m not the only person that’s had that to say about it. She needs to watch for the roaches are in the rooms instead of watching trying to pick on people that are not She’s been. That’s not the first time she’s been rude to me so just thought I’d let everybody know I also found bedbugs in one of the rooms that I stayed in.

This is my mom's favorite hotel when she comes to visit my sister in Brunswick. It was nice on the inside and we enjoyed it. The rooms were okay, but beds and sheets were SO soft. Nice sized fridge and microwave, and the tv in room had a bunch of channels. Our favorite part was the continental breakfast and seeing Ms.Judy's smiling face. Such an outstanding lady.
